Customs orders require a 50% deposit up front and the remaining 50% before shipped. Custom order turnaround time varies and will be discussed with the customer at the time of designing. All custom orders are final, no refunds and no returns. 

Ready to purchase items will ship in 2-5 business days unless otherwise stated. Returns for ready to purchase items can be discussed but are not guaranteed and return shipping is to be covered by the customer.
